5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent charger

The product was delivered in a timely fashion. Easy to order, and great features/value for money. It is robustly built and looks good too.

Works perfectly right out of th box

I had it professionally installed, and have had zero problems with it after 6 months of steady use.

It also has a not-too-annoying app that lets you track usage and that sort of thing.

Works great and relatively easy to use

This was not the cheapest, nor was it the most expensive charger out there. It is able to do 50A hard-wired or 40A and 48A with a 240v plug. I elected for the plug in case I want to take it with me if I move. The charger was fairly easy to set up to start at various times (although I can do that from the car as well). It does what it is supposed to do and charges my VW ID.4 in 6-8 hours. The 23 foot cable was good for me since the ID.4's receptacle is not close to the power outlet in the garage. I can also monitor or control the charger using wifi, which is nice, but I don't really find that I use it that way. Overall this is a solid and functional product.
