So far so good!

So far we've had no issues with this charger and it's working as expected! The cord is long enough to reach where we need it, and the storage case is simple but works. Overall no complaints but I'll update if anything goes wrong!

Customer service was fantastic with prompt replies and detailed instructions when appropriate. I will admit that the few issues I had would have probably been easily remedied had I utilized the online FAQs and knowledge base, but the rep worked diligently with me anyway.
